Tomori Beach

This is the closest beach to Amami Airport, and it also happens to be one of the most beautiful beaches on Amami Oshima Island. The eye-catching bright white sand and emerald green ocean is certainly a sight to behold. Swimming in this amazing sea under the hot summer sun refreshes the body and is the perfect activity to beat the summer heat.
※While the ocean may seem calm, there are areas where the tide is strong. Please do not swim too far away from land and be cautious of the rip tide. Please take note of the caution signs near the beach.
